Proof, Not Promises

Some projects solve problems that have been ignored for years. Others create entirely new possibilities. From stranded gas and aging assets to first-of-their-kind energy infrastructure, every project begins with a challenge — and ends with measurable results.

90 MMSCFD Stranded Gas to Pipeline via compression

Engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and long-term operation of a modular surface boosting station in Algeria's Berkine Basin, compressing and pumping declining-pressure well production (5 bar suction to 88 bar discharge) to the CPF via existing flow lines. Included three-phase separation, regulatory fiscal metering, gas compression and liquid shipping trains with full redundancy, flare and closed drain systems, utilities, fire and gas protection, and ARH-compliant certification dossiers.

Fractionation Facility

Built in Eastern Tennessee is a 1,500 BPD facility that splits y-grade produced by a cryogenic facility as well as trucked in y-grade liquids to purity ethane, propane, mixed butanes and C5+. The ethane is sold to a Holston Electric Coop via an adjoining pipeline that utilizes it for power generation (one of the first such power plants in the USA). The fractionation unit allows producers NGLs to be sold to local markets for increased profits.

Gas Treatment Facility

We were part of the engineering consortium that designed and built South Africa's first onshore helium and LNG facility, commissioned in 2022. It holds the country's only onshore petroleum production right. Phase 2 expands it toward 45 million standard cubic feet a day of gas, 4.3 tons of liquid helium, and 34,500 gigajoules of LNG a day.

Gas to LNG

On a live flare site, we built a remote data center powered entirely by the flared gas, capturing it to generate the clean power the center runs on. We operated it for two years, trained local staff, and transferred operations to the end user. As compute demand and its power appetite climb, this is a template for putting data infrastructure exactly where wasted energy already is.

H₂S to Fertilizer

Fabrication and construction oversight for the first H₂S-to-fertilizer facility in Wyoming, sour-gas turned to product.

Graphene LOOP System

We built a Graphene LOOP system that turns methane into clean hydrogen and high-quality graphene. Using microwave plasma technology, it splits the gas at low temperature and pressure with no catalysts and no water, capturing the carbon as solid graphene while producing a hydrogen-rich stream. The modular unit integrates with existing gas infrastructure to cut emissions and create real value from what was once waste.
