How the Group Fits Together
BE Energy is the parent. Beneath it sit five operating companies, organized by where they work in the value chain rather than by geography. BE Upstream handles exploration and production. BE Midstream handles transportation, storage, and processing. BE Carbon Solutions handles methane abatement, carbon capture, and utilization. BE Sustainable Engineering provides the engineering backbone for the whole group and for external clients. BE LATAM is the regional arm that delivers the group's full capability across Central and South America. Alongside them, though not beneath them, sits our sister company ARC Energy, which sources the equipment. That relationship has its own page later in this document, because it is a different kind of relationship and calling it a subsidiary would be wrong.
Because we can originate, engineer, finance, and operate inside one group, we control the things that usually slow a project down and inflate its cost. That advantage is structural, not incidental.
